FS: 4G Cefiro/SM5 Dual Compartment Armrest

ULTRA RARE!!!

This is the dual compartment center armrest from the Samsung SM5/Nissan Cefiro. This unit fits ONLY the center console from the '95-96 Nissan Maxima or '96-97 Infiniti I30 (ie: if you have the center cupholders WITHOUT the folding lid, this armrest WILL FIT). Returning my I30 to stock so want this to goto a good home. If this fit my '98 Maxima, I would have kept it - but I prefer the later 4G console more.

Very good condition, no wear or elbow dimple on the leather/foam. Typical wear and tear on the hard plastic underneath but nothing alarming. Comes with locking tab however you will need to re-use the arms from your existing armrest.

There's some weird discolouration on the upper, shallow compartment which you will see in the photos. It was as-is when I purchased. I scrubbed off some of it but it took a lot of elbow. The previous owner stored stationary in there, possibly ink from a leaking or exploded pen.

$160 USD shipped to lower 48 (US buyers)
$210 CAD (Canadian buyers)

I am from Canada so will ship with Canada Post/USPS. Shipping costs a fortune when shipping from north of the border so I'm already absorbing the cost.

Replaces existing armrest.

Arm rest

And this one has a cup holder in it?

you’re not showing the whole thing. It looks like there’s another compartment that opens.

What cupholder? You mean I meant that this armrest only works with the 95-97 center console? The top, shallow compartment that opens with the side button is shown. The lower, deeper compartment opens into the center console.

I see. I thought these had cup holders in them. It adds another compartment then pretty much. I have a 97, so this uses the existing hardware to mount to the 97 console? I’m basically not using the 97 armrest.

you also mentioned it works for the 97 maxima but then only if it didn’t have the folding lid cup holder. Mine does have the folding lid. So this will not work on mine?

Yup, no cupholder in this armrest itself. Replaces your existing armrest entirely. Direct bolt on, just have to re-use the arms from your existing one.

If you look at the pic attached to the center console, you'll notice the heated seat switches are in the center in front of the armrest. It fits this version of the center console, not the one where the switches are right behind the ebrake handle towards the driver's side.

Come to think of it actually, it fits only the 95-96 Maximas, 97-99 should be the later console. I'll update the ad.
