Blend door actuator(s) very loud, is this common?

Blend door actuator(s) very loud, is this common?
My daughter just bought an 09 Maxima S. The, what I’m assuming is, the blend door actuator on the driver’s side is very loud. I don’t think it’s actually stuck. The noise is not a clicking but more like a loud oscillating vibration that lasts for 5-6 seconds.
Has anyone experienced this and if so fixed it? If so, how difficult is it to get to?
