Hi John007 and welcome.

Please help us by being more specific. Is this a headlight bulb?

Have you checked the appropriate factory service manual for your year?

First let me say thanks for responding. Yes it's the driver side headlight bulb that I'm trying to remove and somebody said you have to do something with the clip. I can't seem to make the clip go anywhere. I saw a diagram of the parts when I Googled but the arrow was pointing up and the directions said push ,didn't make sense. And yes I checked with a dealership and they recommended the 9004 bulb.

Have you removed the plastic nut that holds the bulb assembly in the headlight assembly? That would make unclipping the bulb easier to see and execute. There's a ring around the bulb assembly holding it in nthe headlight assembly that needs to be unscrewed counter clockwise. Then the bulb assembly will pull out.

John007, we have a nice collection of How To's here in the sticky. I checked the headlight replacement tutorial but the link is broken. I found this YouTube video for you. It shows what KP11520 is talking about with the ring. Hope this helps. Post back if you are successful.
