Replacing Low Pressure AC Hose

I have a leak in the low-pressure hose in the AC system. The FSM calls for removing the fan shroud (including the radiator hoses). Has anyone done this? I am planning on working on it tonight, but I thought I ask here if anyone knows if it can be done without removing the fan. Either way, I'm going to get it done, it just matters if I drain the coolant or not. I just changed it in August so it's not really needed.

Thanks!

Is it leaking from the hose or is it leaking from a fitting? I had a leak in my AC system and it was just O-rings that need to be replaced.

Hard to tell exactly, but I'm guessing the fittings. I have a replacement hose, but either way I'd still have to remove the hose.

I see you posted success in the 6th gen forums. Pressure holding? Any issues finding the correct o-rings?
