So I have a 08 G35 sedan and I installed swift lowering springs on it with 350z nismo Tokico shocks and I ended up swapping the rear shocks and springs on my 2012 Nissan Maxima but it wouldn’t lower my car at all and I went for a drive after and it wasn’t driving like the stock suspensions it’s a lot more stiffer and it feels different. Do you guys know what could be the issue or what I need to do? I took off the swift lowering spring and lowered the car on the shock without the spring and it dropped the car a lot That’s how it looks without the spring just with the Nismo shock and the wheels are 20x10
That’s how it sits on my G35 with the swift lowering springs and Nismo shocks
Two different chassis. FWD vs RWD/AWD, weight balance and OEM suspension tuning. I did try and cross reference the shocks and they are similar but different. There are some parts that do bolt on like brakes/wheels but in this case new maxima dampers and eibachs are proven.

Thats so true @Bificus99 I did notice that the front shocks and springs off my G35 are different than my Maxi suspensions and I checked to see which car is heavier and the G35 is heavier in the rear by 200 pounds. Thank you so much for the advice, I am looking for either lowering springs of coilovers for my Maxi but I can’t seem to find a good deal
