Turbo Maxima 5.7 gen not running well

So by not running well I mean the car has a regular idle with the occasional slip up misfiring sounding noises, but when I'm driving I have almost no power at low RPM and when I'm in boost the car sputters and cuts out and jerks very hard.

There is no engine codes as of right now, I have an AEM FIC 6 which I'm having a hard time getting into but I went to have the car tuned and that behavior is how it left the shop. Tuner doesn't know whats wrong either but I've tried swapping plugs from (Denso Iridium FXE22HR11) to his recommendations (NGK 93220 gapped at 25 thou) but then the car wouldn't even turn on. Fuel pump makes good pressure, Injectors all click, compression seemed fine in a leakdown test holding 100 psi easy. Just redid the timing so it isn't that.

Any help is appreciated and let me know about any information anyone would need I'll be happy to provide it. Its been 2 years that I've had this car turbo'd and never been able to actually use it so I'm starting to lose hope

I would be looking at the coilpacks as one or two bad coilpacks would cause the symptoms you are describing. Then I would look at the injectors and how it's tuned. You have an A/F meter?
