This morning I noticed I have lost AM, FM, CD functions on my head unit. Screens will not show up when I go into <Audio> and manually select the functions. I can still get Apple CarPlay stations on USB1. The only thing I've done is dropped my SiriusXM account from this car 2 days ago because I can listen to it on CarPlay. And no, I have not touched the SD card. Any suggestions?

Glad to hear your problem went away. My 2019 does this too but only once in a great while. I understand the 2016-2018 radios were made by a different mfr than the 2019-2020s. Hence the absence of the removable memory card. Wonder if anyone has changed out an earlier radio (2016-2018) with newer design? (2019-2020)

 

mine was crazy too yesterday. I Had no sound on any setting. Even removing the SD card and reinstalling it didn’t fix it. I had to shut my car off and then turn it back on to get sound again.
