Sun and Moon roof on SV?

I’ve owned my 2017 SV for a while now, and I love everything about it, though I do have some buyers remorse for not getting an SL for the sunroof. I was wondering if it would be possible to obtain a roof assembly and switching it out with my current one. Would I be able to use the sun and moon roof the same way I would be able to in the SL or higher.

Sure you can! I'm sure with a few of your best, strongest buds helping you, you can swap it out in a weekend.

Have fun, and take lots of before, during, and after pictures.

As this generation of Maxima becomes more affordable, I see many ideas s that are beyond practical but then I don't own a body shop, wrecking yard, and have unlimited labor. In that light, there is not much that can't be done. Practically for at least 95% of us, the best move is to trade into the next model up that has what you want. I do applaud your enthusiasm for thinking outside the box...err sunroof.
