groaning / whining noise - looking for ideas

I've a medium pitch whining noise coming from what sounds like the front of my 2011 Maxima with roughly 200k miles. I really can't seperate the noise coming from the left or right side.
I'm primarily looking for ideas of where to check. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

All fluid levels are within range. I replaced my front bearing hubs with Timken hubs about 2 years ago. I've serviced the CVT regularly and very recently with drain and fills using Nissan NS2 only. Brakes feel fine with no pulsing or unusual pedal feel
The noise is speed dependent, not rpm dependent. It is most noticeable coming to a stop but I attribute that to lack of road, and engine noise. Shifting into neutral at low speeds does nothing to change the noise, so I am thinking it is not a CVT issue unless others see fault with that thinking.
Steering wheel movements seem to not affect the noise.
The alternator seems to be charging the battery fine and again the noise seems speed dependent not rpm dependent.
MPG and performance seems fine although she doesn't seem to be as quick 0-60 as when I first got her. Honestly, I think that may have to do with a 600hp play car that I got after buying my Maxima. Nothing seems to be as quick as it used to be. At highway speeds she seems to accelerate just as before.
Any ideas where or what to look at?
TIA

Could be wheel bearing or axles

Thanks mahanddeem.
I'm going to be pretty disappointed if I only got 2 years out of a set of Timken bearings (even though their warranty is only for 12 months)

Inner tie rods, wheel bearings, drive shaft,

if able to jack up from front center, beneath the radiator, have someone start and put in drive.

listen carefully.

not responsible if you don’t take all necessary precautions for jacking up, and running car with wheels spinning etc

if not wanting to start car, still jack up and with engine off, manually spin tires.

agaun, use all precautions to include using jack stands and wheel chocks...

hola back

Does 7th gen have a safe mid front end jacking point to use?

Appreciate all the replies.
I can try to get a sound clip, but at the moment seems as though the Jersey coast is dealing with some weather.
I happen to be off from work this week and I will tear into it as Les7311 suggests. Thank you
The noise sounds like a power steering pump low on fluid if anyone has ever heard that. The symptoms speak otherwise.
Can't complain much as my old Altima got me past 300K and this car is at 200k and seems to have a bunch left.

Are you due for belt replacement?

brake and power steering fluids topped off?

pop the hood, can you still hear noise?

All fluids are topped off. The belt would be a possibility if it wasn't for the fact that in park, the noise isn't there.
The noise is only there while the car is moving.
It's more of an all or nothing noise. If you've ever had a power steering pump on it's way out, I think the sound is similar.
Before I replaced my front hubs, the noise they made changed as speed increased and decreased. This seems to start making noise as she starts moving and gets no different as she passes 15mph up till the noise gets drowned out with road and engine noise.
I'll get her off the ground when this weather passes. I'd guess you're dealing with the same?

Am starting to think the wheel hubs bearings is the culprit.

peep this out. Go to 2:30 - 2:50

or, put car front on stand, place in neutral, and spin wheel. If wheel feel rough spinning, then that is the cause.

spin both sides to see if they both spin rough or smooth

i replaced both front and back about a year ago. - not hard.

and I got them from here...

FWIW, bad front tire. Tread was beginning to separate on the inside of the front driver side, which I couldn't see until I removed the front wheel.
Only about 20K miles on them, which is why I guess you shouldn't use off brand tires

Thanks for coming back and letting us know the culprit. Glad it is getting resolved.

Get an alignment check done also.

Good catch, I would've said do a tire rotation and see if the noise follows the tires. Rotating it yourself is free.
