New rear shocks

I need new rear shocks on my 2011 Maxima. I'm looking for recomendations on replacement shocks. I'm not looking to lower the car. I will be doing the work myself. Are the stock shocks the best deal or can I get something aftermarket just as good as Nissan replacement parts at a cheaper price?

I did KYB (OEM), you can also do monroe (I did monroe on front struts), you can find both on rock auto,

Sachs makes the OEM shocks. If you don't have a Sport the Monroes are good. I have them on all 4 corners.

I did KYB Sport Package shocks on the rear of my std suspension 2014 sv. It tightened it up "just enough", & @ a good price from Rock Auto.
Consider them!

Ques. was the ride noisy or hard with the KYBs? I'm thinking of changing my struts & shocks, not sure if I want to go KYB or Sachs.

The KYB "Sport" rear shocks just tightened up the rear suspension. They did not make it harsh or noisy in any manner. I am very, very happy with them.
