Vibrations, engine noise and shudder when accelerating

I have a 2009 Maxima with 180k miles... I've owned it for approx 2 years.... I can feel the engine vibrating and I get a shudder or bogging down when I accelerate. It feels like the car takes off smoother when I take my foot off the pedal for a second and press down on it again. I have changed the oil 2k miles ago and the cvt fluid and filter around 3k miles (NS-2) .Wheel bearings, axle shaft, tires and spark plugs are less than 3 months old. Also When at idle the engine feels like it's vibrating, no sounds or noises just vibrating. No whining from CVT either. Am I paranoid or is this normal? Also no check engine light. The car is quite from the outside. No rattling or noises. I also use 93 gas only.

Expand on your last statement, "when at idle". Is the transmission in P or D when you feel the vibration?

Drive. And idle in park is a little less vibration.

Motor mounts been done yet?

BTW they suck to install. Another member and myself punted on the job as the engine has to be suspended while working under the engine. After removing the subframe and the mount bar. Mine were shot after 120k.

Motor mounts are original never replaced.... So could this be the issue?

Coils can affect idle and acceleration. Even with no codes.

Coils were replaced 4 months ago with coils from a 2013 Pathfinder

What was the last thing done to the car before the vibration and shutter showed up?

Spark plugs, air filter, wheel bearings, axle, spark plugs, coils, tires, brakes, shocks, oil, CVT change, pcv valve, have been changed the past 3 months. Also the vibrations always have been there but I noticed it more yesterday when a passenger commented on hearing the engine upon accelerating ..... They also commented about the vibration in the cabin.

Did you check for any codes? This could be CVT Judder.
