Key fob battery low warning
I was getting that quite a bit from the new battery I put in my fob a few months ago. It stopped for a while, but I switched the battery with the one from my other car a few weeks ago and haven't seen it again. I was too lazy to measure the voltage before swapping them, but will probably do that if it happens again.

A couple of years ago, I kept getting that key fob warning over and over again. Putting in new batteries didn’t seem to help. Sometimes the unlock buttons on the car handle wouldn’t work either. Then one morning, I went to start the car and it wouldn’t budge, the main car battery was dead. I had to replace it.
Heres the weird part. After changing the big battery... all the fob issues went away and it hasn’t been a problem since.

Fish,
that's a good story to hear inasmuch as the car batteries the Maxima 1st came with were just barely adequate. I replaced my 2016 in less than 3 years and 30000 miles.
So far my 2019 is OK. Check the battery terminals for corrosion.

Yes, I've had pesky fob batteries before. They measure full 3v DC but still can't hack it. Go get a brand new battery no matter what the voltage reads, or how "good" you think the current battery is.
I find that generic batteries purchased from Amazon or online, usually end up failing less than a month's time. Go to local store and get the highest rated name brand one that you can like Duracell or similar. They seem to last a decent amount of time.
