has anyone here actually updated to any of the map updates? from reading the 1st dvd has a firmware update then the last 4 are the maps.

my big question is does the firmware add anything to the radio/screen? i dont use the maps for actual directions but i like it on screen for location and its pretty jerky. wondering if the latest updates smoothed it out.
