After trying unsuccessfully to install large 'Tesla style' aftermarket screen (climate control didn't work with it) I have blown a fuse (Electronic Parts 10A driver's side).

With a new fuse, the original screen came on but the bottom factory radio and climate control doesn't work, round control **** with buttons under the screen doesn't work either. What can it be?
I tried disconnecting battery cables and shorting, still nothing.
