Vibration in front end (‘17 Maxima SL)

So long story short, I’ve put all new tires on this car, one new rim, two wheel bearings on the front driver/passenger and I’m STILL getting a vibration in the front. I can feel it the seat and in the steering wheel. It was significantly lessened after I replaced the passenger wheel bearing, but I just had the driver side done and it’s back to the level of vibration before replacing either wheel bearing. I’m at my wits end with this car. What gives??
*edit: I also replaced the brakes and rotors on all four tires last summer.

I had a similar problem with another Nissan a few years ago, the steering wheel would shimmy and there was a definite vibration when driving. I had the tires rebalanced three times at a local tire store and the issue could not be resolved. So off to the dealer. After road testing and checking the balance of the tires on the balance machine (they checked ok) the technician wanted to try something. He removed all the weights from the wheels and rebalanced using only stick-on weights. All the weights on the inside rim were the hammer on type. Once this was done the vibration and steering wheel shimmy was gone. Since then I have insisted that only stick-on weights be used when balancing. I know it sounds crazy but that's how my issue was resolved.

This reminds of me of 2010 Altima 3.5 SR. Super bumpy drive, was feeling everything. It came with stock tires, continentals. When I had to replace them, I went with another brand and then all of a sudden, smooth driving. The 2018 Maxima I just purchased, same bumpy ride right now, again this one came with continentals.

I currently have General’s on it and have used General’s on my last three vehicles without much problem so far. This damn vibration makes me feel like the princess in “The Princess and the Pea” fairytale, because no one really senses it except me, yet both wheel bearings were bad and needed to be changed. *facepalm
It just rolled over to 90k, but I’m driving it about 150 miles a day this past week, so I’m definitely noticing the nuances.

I’m taking it back to the dealership that fixed the driver side wheel bearing tomorrow. I just don’t understand why the vibration would be worse if there’s two new wheel bearings on the front.
*also, see my response below about tires and let me know your thoughts

You got to get the right tires for the new Maxima it's not the same as the old one it is designed completely different get the Continental extreme contacts make sure the road forced make sure that the alignment is done at Nissan they will do it correctly and when the road force is done correctly you will have no shimmy whatsoever. Let the dealer do what they got to do. The camber can come out they will adjust that. Your bearings are not bad very last 85 to 100,000 miles on a car. It's very rare if that happens but from what I'm reading I have a 2019 Maxima this is what I did cuz I had the same problem make sure your rims are good if you do these things your car should run fine if you have a shimmy after that you know it could be a rod sway bar but most likely it's not most likely it's just you need the Right tires you can't just pick any tires with this car you need a performance tire only and a good quality only and make sure it's a good tire from a good manufacturer buy from tire rack have them shipped to your dealer you do those things and let your dealer handle your car it will always stay smooth.
