the other night i was leaving my aunts and i got in my maxima to start it, and the brake was rock hard all of the electronics work so it isnt the battery, im genuinely confused.

 

Sounds like it might be the steering lock. Don't know your year, but Nissan has had recalls on this for years (basically, they bypassed it) but some have had success taping it lightly with a hammer to get it to release and start temporarily.

 

There can be enough power to run the electronics, but not enough to spin the starter. Check the voltage on the battery.
