a 96 maxima gxe, white, automatic 15,000 miles, steel wheels, spoiler, tape player, power drivers seat, cloth interior, dual airbags, umm im trying to think of anything else it has on it that you would want to know, its got the stock alarm with the keyless entry, and besides that its extremely clean inside and out. i just would like to know what you would pay, private party not a dealer. thanks for your help.

I would pay somewhere between NADA retail and wholesale. Call your bank's car loan officer; they can tell you the NADA prices for loan, wholesale and retail.

yeah the current owner is old and spends half the year in arizona and then they have an A6 as well so it spends lots of time in the garage.

like was earlier said im going to talk to some of the auto loan people at the bank i work at what their sources say for value, i was just interested to see what everyone on here would think was a fair price.

and i knew people were going to say get a stick but i dont race and althought it would be fun some of the time i think id rather stay with the automagic

Its probably going to command a top notch price considering the mileage and its condition. If you dont buy it someone will if its in the shape you are talking about with that mileage. was it an old persons car 15,000 miles for a 96?

i would MAYBE consider an auto if i was going to use it as a beater...but for your 'fun' car, auto will be boring......but it's a practically new car.....tough dilemma
