I have a 2013 maxima without bluetooth streaming and I have a USB port in the center console which I used to play music, but it stopped working on my phone for some reason. I did lots of troubleshooting and for some reason playing music through the USB using a charger works for some phones but not others and it is completely random. I am trying to figure out how to fix it. I wanted to maybe buy a replacement system that has Bluetooth streaming and navigation but I talked with Nissan and they said that isn't possible. I also heard that there are replacement USB port parts that also come with aux ports but I was told that wont work because the issue is with the computer and not the female port. I cant find anything and need some help. I want to be able to play music without having to use one of those cheap Bluetooth fm things you plug into the cigarette lighter port.
