Rear Motor Mount

I’ve replaced all motor mounts, except the rear engine mount near the firewall. I have no idea how I’m gonna get that one out. Is it easier to get it out from the top or from the bottom of the car?
Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

EDIT:Typo

I DIY all except for this one. Took car to shop, and they dropped subframe to remove.

was not required as bushings was Rock stiff as the OEM. And this is at 225k miles!!!!!

Nissan engineers really cared about the DIY'ers when designing the rear mount, Gotta love that.
