2010 Maxima - 105000 miles

Key Fob doesn't unlock driver's door but does work with other 3 doors
Manual key entry from outside doesn't unlock door

Only way to open, is hold down the unlock button until the window goes down, reach in and pull the lock and handle at the same time, in which the door will open.
Key fob seems to not send the signal to unlock the door.

Checked the fuse / relay - It's good
Tried lubrication and still nothing

I recently ordered a driver's door accuator, not sure if this is the problem.
Still waiting on the part to arrive.

Any information or feedback would be helpful.
