2014 nissan maxima transmission fluid change Interval

Hi I know manufacturer recommended changing Trans fluid every 30k. But since it have an issue with fluid overheating. How often should it really be changed?

Where did you read that Nissan recommends changing at 30K?

Yeah the manual. I guess I got 30k from Google links but I see it say replace at 60k. The issue is that I just got
Transmission replace at 174k. With a remanufactured one. I put 20k on it already and the 12 mon-12k mile warranty already expired. As you know cvt don't last long in the maxima. So what would you say I should change the fluid. I believe the maintenance schedule is not based ok their Transmission having issues

Wouldn't it be better to fix the root cause of transmission problems rather than trying to fake the fix by increasing fluid change intervals?

You misread the manual, here is what is stated by Nissan at 60,000 miles/72 months

STANDARD MAINTENANCE
❑ Replace engine oil and filter
❑ Replace engine air filter
❑ Replace CVT Fluid (NV200 Taxi)
❑ Replace CVT Fluid (Pathfinder Hybrid Electronic Vehicle (HEV))
❑ Replace spark plugs (NISMO 370Z)
❑ Replace brake fluid
❑ Replace in-cabin microfilter
❑ Rotate tires (except all 370Z)

Fresh CVT fluid is always a good idea.
