Check your head unit for the serial number. I believe it is on the top of the unit. I forget. But it will tell you if that is the original and correct card

Look right under Nissan. The numbers don't match, that is not the original card.

Each heading and card are paired basically, you have to have a card with the exact same number. Your head unit is 25915 9DD1C. The card is 25920 9DD0C. They are not a match and won't work. I haven't had the issue but came across it when I was trying to update the firmware for the head unit
