Replaced factory fuel pump, lasted about 6 months. Bought a Bosch fuel pump, lasted 1 year. The warranty covered the fuel pump so I ordered a replacement. After a day, replacement showed fuel pump code on obd scanner. Whats next? Check wiring or just an old motor causing backpressure?

 

I am there. 3rd pump is sitting under the dinner table waiting to go in. So many variables that can lead to a failed pump. I have never had an OBD2 code for a failed pump in this car; just long cranking and invariably pump failure.
