Driver and passenger footwells wet

I am genuinely at a loss. My drivers side and passenger side floor is wet again after drying it out for a week. I checked my sunroof drains, I checked my ac drains, which did seem to be clogged at the time. The floor is soaked, I expected the floor to be wet/damp while drying but now it's like I didn't even do anything. I have not been to the car wash, so I know it's not that. Only thing I can think is either ac drain, which isn't clogged as far as I can tell, or it's from my windshield washer fluid?

Eliminate what you think are the causes. Dry out the carpet, disconnect the AC and discontinue use of the windshield washer. Drive around and see what happens, If it still happens could be the heater core leaking into the cabin. Does the liquid have a smell like engine coolant or washer fluid?

it's definitely water. I even tasted it. I was thinking about it last night, is it possible that the dense foam between the bare metal of the floor and top layer of carpet is still wet and is just seeping up?

There are drains in the front cowl area. 800 bucks to replace all of them at the dealer. I had the same issues.
