2012 Nissan Maxima Cranks but won’t start

I have a 2012 Nissan Maxima that cranks, but won’t start. I have checked all the fuses under the hood and under the driver side fuse access. All the fuses light up with the test light.I am unsure which relays are needed to start the car other than the starter relay.I found out there are 4 blue relays behind the drivers side fuse panel and one that is visible though the access panel.I have listened to the fuel pump kick on and off before trying to start the car. The car now has new battery, camshaft sensors, crankshaft sensor, coils and plugs. The car still won’t start. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!!

have you retrieved fault codes from the PCM and IPDM?

check for 5v ref at APP and ETB. monitor ETC pids in PCM. the engine should still start and run with those throttle control codes but it wont accelerate.

I did replace the throttle/pedal position sensor when I replaced the other parts. I can check the voltage right now but will when I get home later. Does the Engine signal 1 code have anything to do with a fuse?

When diagnosing for DTC C1130 (ENGINE SIGNAL): ECM related DTCs (P-codes) must be diagnosed, repaired, and DTCs erased first.  DTC C1130 is an ABS DTC that indicates an output signal of the ECM is not recognized.
right out of the TSB relating to that code

The car finally started. The idle is all over the place we did clean the throttlebody, so I figured there would be a problem with that. I took it for a drive. You could push the gas pedal all the way down and it would slowly speed up. I brought the car back to the garage and tried to get the AC compressor to kick on since that was what we were trying to do when the car quit working. I found out on my scan tool. I can kick the AC compressor on and off, so we kicked it on and added some Freon to it. The car started blowing cold air, then, but when I shut it off with the scan tool, it would not kick back on itself. I imagine that is a relay problem or wiring problem? I know that is not important unless the car is running., And now the car won’t start again. It doesn’t seem to crank long enough to give it a chance to start. I will try anything you can come up with to fix it, but understand there is a lot. I don’t know about vehicles so you will have to dumb it down for me. Thanks.!!

Can a person buy an ECM for 2012 Nissan Maxima that comes programmed and all I have to do is plug and play? Or how hard it is to program an ECM I got off EBay? I have an Autel Scanner but have never programmed anything with it.

What Autel scanner do you have?
