A friend of mine bought a 2012 Nissan Maxima with only 2000 miles on it in 2021 from an auction. I stumbled upon this car on fb marketplace with still only 10k miles and instantly messaged him that I want it. He told me to come get it for 9k cash on 11/24. I drove it for a year as is. Finally started making upgrades in 11/25. Put all 4 drilled/slotted rotors and carbon fiber ceramic brake pads from Detroit axles for $199, installed it myself. It came with mild skirting that I kept it. Got windows tinted. Took apart the factory upper/lower grille and put a chicken coop fence in it and spray painted it black. I bought silver wrap to cover the chrome on door handles and trunk light cover. And black wrap to cover the window trim chrome. Just got lazy to finish that part. I also bought the cold air intake inlet that has to be cut into bumper which also needs to be installed at some point. I have added rear bumper lip. I also replaced factory spoiler with 2019 Camry trd spoiler. I’m including some before and after pics. So you guys can decide if it looks better before or after.
