Hey, I was racing my friend from the light, he is auto and so am I, I have a 96 SE, only mods are a Y pipe, muffler, and 18" rims. I shifted manually to second once i got to 30, then to D once I got to 50, turned overdrive off and kept my foot on the gas pedal the whole time. My car kicked serious ***, we only raced to 65 and my car was about half a car length's away. Those bimmers have 189 HP stock, so it was a good race, plus my 18" rims are kinda heavy, guess that Y pipe does do something after all!

 

nice job, i thought it was going to be one of those posts that someone says I beat this guy by 4 cars to 60 (not gonna beat a honda by 4 cars to only 60) but this sounds reasonable. Good Job
