have you have the brake TSB done multiple times? (under waranty)
A Canadian dealer is saying that the since the TSB work has already been done the problem cannot be corrected a second time. (yes, the problem is there).

I had the tsb performed 3 tomes on my 2k max se. The dealer admitted the brakes were much better on the 2k2 models and my 2k2 altima has no brake problems at all.
