Am I Rollin On Dub's Here?

I just got my 18" OZ Anteres w/Kumho 235/40/18.

Anyway, they measure exactly 20" lip to lip. What's the story? Are all rims really larger than stated?

Taking pics of junkies?

I'm sure there is something better to do in NY.

DUBZ means 20". You are still 2" short.

Hey, how much was the package for those 18s and the Kumho tires? US or CAN funds? I was also thinking of those rims for my I30, but in chrome, and maybe 19" (if it can fit.. can it?)

Rims are not measured by the outside lip, they are measured on the inside of the wheel where the inside of the tire sits against the wheel. My friend just asked me this the other day, actually...
