Guys need your help

I have 15" steelies on my car that weight 15lbs/each. I want to have better looks and handling, so looking for a set of 17"s.
I have three options right now and need to choose the best one.

1) Primax 618s wheels, Nitto NT450 225x45R17 tires 90% left. $500. Cons: 24lbs, some slight exterior imperfections, odo will be off

2) 2000 OEM 17's with Kumho 235x45R17 tires in good shape. $500
Cons: 28 lbs/wheel, safety wide tires mounted on 17x7.0 rim

3) Go to discounttiredirect.com and get a set of brand new Konig Subzeros (16lb/each) or Toxxins (18lb/each) with 235x45R17 tires for $1050 at my door ready to go, backed by a wtty. Get'em on 90 same as cash financing.
Cons: 1000 is still a 1000bux 90 days later, gotta pay em off too, money's tight, moms objects.

What do I do??????????????????(balling)

I got the toxxins.. they are nice rims. money is always the key.. can you save $1000 in 90 days?

Get what you really want or don't get anything at all. What good is it if you buy something now but aren't totally happy with it? Save for the Konigs.
