For some reason I don't think you'll have a problem.

By looking at the stats and numbers on the car you would think he is a dog lol... He just raced a guy I used to know that has a early 90's TA 305 auto, and he pulled on him, and they said he pulled hard. So, I am anxious to find out.

The 3.4L engine has been out for awhile, mods for them must be everywhere. Don't forget that BMW's have LOW first gears. I wouldn't be too worried, but don't underestimate BMW's simply because of a craptacular factory power to weight ratio, they're sneaky little ba****ds!

unless he has mods out of wazuu, u'll get him easy. even if he's "chipped" and got exhaust, BMW I-6 were never famous for their torque output. especially amount needed to hustle 7 series.

You should be able to spank him with no problem off the line. My mom has a 92 735i and its kind of lazy off the line. It has too much weight and too little motor, but once it gets going it will be coming for your a$$ I have personally had my moms 735 up to 135 with ease so watch him in your rearview. He may or may not be able to pull on you, it depends if he has mods and the condition of his car.
