Question about the Oil Pressure Sender unit??
Question about the Oil Pressure Sender unit??
If this is going bad, would it cause the oil pressure light on the dash to possibly flash on?? Also, I can change this out without changing the oil correct??
Just seems like my car is losing oil, and I am thinking this is the problem. Never see anything on the ground, plugs are fine, and no smoke out the exhaust, but things just aren't right?? Now if my dipstick actually would give me a good reading, I might be able to know for sure. lol

A leaking ops unit will do just that...leak oil. Clean the area around the ops unit and check back a couple days later. If it's oily, it's leaking. Mine leaked (just a couple drops) and I had it replaced under warranty by the dealer.

Changing the switch tomorrow, so I hope that fixes the problem...
