Does this forum not have a policy against spam? Other vendors post here, but almost always are helping, not advertising. I haven't seen a single post from this guy that wasn't blatant spam.

Yea it's spam sort of. But it's useful info. A moderator should move it to the FS forum and PM the guy and ask him to only post this stuff in the FS forums.
