thi sis ridiculous... you will need new struts, what does he mean by the "adjustable part"? - that is the coilover. A 2" drop will not make you hug the road, a 4" drop will do that. A 2" drop is what you see in my sig but don't worry with Ground Control you can go as low as 4". If you plan on going past 2" lower you will need camber plates/bolts. It's not cheap but must be done right. And BTW with Ground Controls your ride will be "yucky" and bouncy if you lower it more than 1" or so.

first of all, STOP TYPING IN CAPS!!!! it's very annoying. Ground Controls are coilover springs; which mean you can adjust the height of the car. you will need to purchase aftermarket shocks (ei. KYB AGX) if you want a good ride. Ground Controls with stock shocks are bad and a big no no. the stock shocks will blow quickly. now, if you want to lower it more than 2 inches, you will need to purchase some form of a camber kit. this is to correct the negative camber you will have as a result of lowering it more than 2 inches. now for the prices... ground controls about $400. kyb agx about $380. and camber kits...not sure...i'm still confused with those things. stillen sells their kit for around $235 or so. anyway, hope that helped a little.

you dont get shocks, your stock shocks will be dead pretty soon. your ride will suckk and the car will bottom out. save up the dough, get the shocks and coils done at the same time. or at least like a couple months apart from one another

First, if he tells you you need to buy the adjustable part, you shouldn't get the the Ground Controls from him. Ground Controls come with the adjustable part as well as Eibach springs. You will definitely need new struts. Just get the struts before you drop anything. Even if its only 1". I wouldn't go lower than 2.5" for the street. You'll already have problems with that.
