Water Leak @ Blower Motor?

I took my '95 Max through the car wash yesterday, and I noticed some water on the passenger side floormat!
Looking closer, I found that it seems to be leaking from the area around the blower motor.
Could this be caused by a clogged drain tube?
If so, where the heck is the drain tube located?
Please help, because it looks like rain today in Chicago.....

It seems that your bypass valve on the blower tubes is shot. Not something a DIY mechanic may be able to handle.
Your Nissan dealer or mechanic should be able to fix it.
