i was driving home saturday night when a mazda millenia s pulled beside me. he reved his engine like he wanted to race, so i figure..lets go. i dusted him off the line, it wasn't even close! I finished him off and we both went our seperate ways a mile down the road. i thought the millenia had decent speed...210 hp right??

That car is slow for a Maxima. Talking mid 16s I suppose. Car is heavy. It might have 210 HP , but it is loaded with luxury.

Is the Millenia a decent performer for the Max?

In trunk space...yes

In power....no.

I do like the ways they look though. I know a guy with a pulley enhancement that runs 14.8 so they do have the potential is they ae a 'S'.

Nice looking car. I saw it, as well as the Mazda 6 that will be availabe this fall. The Millennia was $4000 Canadian more than the Maxima!!

They're nice cars, smaller than the Max but they handle pretty well. I drove the standard edition so I can't comment on the performance, but I liked the interior and handling a lot.

The "S" is 2.3 liter and has 210hp the standard edition is 2.5 and has 170hp. car is way to heavy and not enough power, 2k2 kill those so bad probably its not even a competition

The Millenia is outdated. The 210hp "S" is nothing to brag about. The 170HP V6 is grossly underpowered. The resale value on the Millenia is rediculous as well. The car stickers for 28-30K and doesn't offer any of the latest and greatest luxuary features other cars in that price range do. I woyld buy a millenia but I wouldn't pay more than 23K (US) for it.
