If you want bulbs that are white, get Philips Bluevisions. If you want yellow light, get the Philips AllWeather.
Philips AllWeather??
Where do you find the Philips AllWeathers?

Don't bother with them. In MY experience, the bulbs sold by Hella that are manufactured in Korea, don't last.

I have these in 9004 for the headlamps...great in rain, fog and snow.

Ditto on Albert's comments....I had the same problem with the Korean Hellas...only lasted about a year. Plus they only were brighter at the center of the pattern, the rest of the pattern was noticably more yellow than the stock bulbs. I have Philips in there now...possibly the AllWeather...(whatever the top Philips bulb that Pep Boys sells)and they are much better than Hellas or stock.

Which would you choose?
1) A pair of used (6 months) PIAA Xtreme Whites for about $30-$40,
or
2) A pair of new Philips BlueVisions for $30
I know someone who is selling the PIAA's due to a trade-in.

philips bluevisions are yellow, no matter what people say. i've had them, and if you're looking for something bright white, they are not it. The may be slightly brighter than stock, but they are still yellow.
If you want a hyperwhite bulb, look into Nokya, Naxos, or PIAA Extreme White. Beware with the first two, you will get decreased visibility in the rain. I don't know about the PIAAs though.

PIAA Xtreme white are virtually the Superwhites... I have both and you can hardly tell the difference. They are by no means comparable to nokya or naxos.
