Addendum to Tranny Swap

My tachometer needle bounces, it did this before the swap and after as well, i used the speed sensor that came with the Infiniti Tranny and the tach still bounces. The needle gets up to about 3K rpm, then stops, then it just starts bouncing. Do you guys think I need a new cable or something? P.S. - My Cruise Control light does not come on or work either if the problems are related. TIA

Dunno bout the tach, but the cruise control, did your clutch pedal height change any? if it did, look for the switch and connector infront of the clutch pedal that is engaged when the clutch pedal is "out". Chances are you just have to readjust the height of that switch by unplugging it and using screw action. I had to readjust mine when i readjusted for my ACT clutch.
