i got a 96 max and want a 97-99 se steering wheel.....for the simple fact that it looks better! Can this be done, like a take off put on kinda thing. if i get the airbags on and off correctly?

 

i guess u better go to a nissan dealer and ask them, i think you need to get a hub for the steering wheel

Those steering wheels are $$$. Do you have an airbag in your car already (I can't remember if they came with them from the factory or not)? If so, you might be able to do it....but if you don't have an airbag already, then you're looking at $$$$$$$$$. Wiring, sensors, etc...

 

yeh 96 gle airbag in steering wheel, but i found a 99 se black steering wheel for 65 bucks....

Nah, I'm going to bed soon anyway....just curious where you got a steering wheel like that so cheap. If the airbag is still intact you might be able to do it.

 

local junkyard and yes its there. airbag.....callin nissan tomorrow to make sure it fits.....pleaseeeeee fit
