2k2 sales figures anyone?

does anyone know how the 2k2 is sellin? Ive been seeing more and more of them lately. It's like on my way to work everyday I'm seeing at least 5-6 2k2's, most with temp tags on them too. Anyway, Im glad to see that the Maxima is representin! Now I wonder how much the 2k2 will cost 2-3 years down the road, when I'll actually be able to afford one...

They are selling very well I would assume better than the 2000 or 2001. The only thing that I hate is that alot of them I see are Rental's and SE's. this is due to the fact that GXE production was cut to very small numbers.

Both the Altima and Maxima are selling BETTER than they expected and the discounts are NOT that heavy on the max, and don't even exist on the altima. I had read many times that nissan wanted to sell 180,000 Altimas and like 80,000 Maximas. Last month alone they sold over 10,000 Max's and over 18,000 Altima's. They should exceeded both sales goals. Yay Nissan!

One post At Fresh alloy said in March they sold 15,000 Maximas more than ever, partly due to the large amounts in the rental world I would suppose. I know its way more than in the past.

A telling sign

I was watching the commerical for another car and they were spewing about how their car was more spacious, yada, yada, yada, than Camry or Altima. By mentioning the Alty, they obvious know it has become a car to reckon with.
