Substitute Cone intake by the CAI???

I'm sorry, but I become annoying by the same question!

Has anyone ever changed their Cone intake by the CAI?
What was your experience???

Thanx,
Mike

How many miles on the car? Do you have the maintenance history? Do you have the owners manual? Have you bought a Haynes manual for it?

Read the stickies, FAQs, Haynes, www.motorvate.ca, www.maxmods.dyndns.org.

I am a big believer in replacing the fluids if and when required: oil change & filter every 3,750 miles, transmission fluid every 30K (flush every 60K), transaxle gear oil (if a 5-speed) - maybe replace @60K and every 30K thereafter, power steering fluid, flush brakes, radiator coolant every 30K.

Then there are maintenance items: spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, check PCV valve and brakes, steering, exhaust, suspension, CV boots etc.etc.\

Do your reading then come back and ask intelligent questions and you won't get flamed. Make no effort and .orgers will be on you like white on rice.

nicely said murdoch. BSBOARDER. no offense, but your questions are questions not about hooking up your car or any specific questions. you are asking what you we think you should do. whenever you get a car, you should always do the following. OIL change, coolant change, transmission filter change. basically what murdoch said. and you're question is sorta alsmot the same if you asked your teacher what the test is goign to be about, he/she would say, from the first page to the last page of your text book. kinda pointless to ask and pointless to try to get a straight answer from that
