It seems that some kids got a whole of a master key for 3gen maximas. This is about the 3rd time I've been approched by kids selling rims and stereo components from a 3gen maxima. Make sure you set your alarms and put on your club. Brooklyn NYC

Yup.. I can buy them from a "source through my boss" for about $150 each.. they cover pretty much any lock that our key will slide into.. in order to get them, you gotta be a liscensed car dealer though (which my boss is).
gotta buy different ones for different stuff though..
you can also get them for ford, chevy, caddy, etc etc..
besically anything that doesn't have those little chips in them..

is it possible to get all the locks changed....but if they really wanted to get in they could...i think if you dont want your car stolen ...theres always a killswitch or a device attatched to gearshifter that locks it into park...saw that at speedworld and big boys toys a store in nyc...

Believe me if they want your car they would get it->

no matter what you have. Basicly you just don't want your car to be an easy pray. If you have a club or autolock use it. Remember most of these thieves are kids and they don't want go through the hassle of cutting or drilling a club or the steering wheel. I really think the autolock is the best of the two but it wouldn't hurt to have both.

yup.. all that stuff does is keep the honest people and bad theives out.. the good ones have easy workarounds for all that stuff.. The Club can be cut through in 11 seconds by anyone with a hacksaw, let alone power tools (battery powere sawzall= 6 sec)
that brake pedal thingy is the same way.. yeah, it's stronger, but it don't matter.. they can get around that stuff in under a minute if they know what they're doing.

the shifter lock thing is nothing on our cars because of the shifter lock release lever on the front of our shifters.. push it down and you can put the car in gear. parking brake will stop the car, and theives are usually good enough drivers to use it and drive around. scary.
