Changed Exhaust.......wow!!!!!

just recently i put a wsp y-pipe and custom catback exhaust on my car and i noticed a little bit of a difference. the noise from my muffler really bothered me becuase it was so loud so my friend with his spec v gave me his old muffler and i put it on my car. WOW!!!! i havent felt that car pick up that nicely off the line in a long time. i think that adding a little bit of backpressure really helped the performance.

now why would i believe something that some idiot is writting??? is he actually driving my car? was he there when i was doing all the stages of my exhaust? i didnt think so!!! so if he never drove my car before and after then how can he make an assumption like that? that might be the case for his car.

what size pipe are u using?? 2.25 or 2.5??
becuase i am thinking of exhuast but i dont want to big of a pipe b/c i dont want it that loud, i had a nissan sentra se-r and it had 2.5 on it and holy **** was it loud for a 4 banger, so performance wise will the quarter inch hurt it that much???

The bigger the pipe, the faster the air can get out. The faster the air can get out, the better for the car it'll be. But, ultimately, I doubt it's going to make much of a difference either way. I don't think you'll be missing out on much with a 2.25" instead of a 2.5" pipe.
