Mitsu Diamante Kill

I know it's not very impressive. Wife and I were on the way to pick up a movie. One light before Blockbaster a white Diamante (not sure what year) get next to me. He had tinted windows and ahd a loud exhaust. I didn't even thought about rasing him. Wife is not a "race enthusiast". Green light and he punches it. He gets a half a car ahead of me before I even moved. I wasn't going to let him bit me to the next light . So, i'm on him. All I hear is wife screaming. By the second gear I'm half a car ahead of him and gaining grouds. Next light i went to Blockbaster, he went the other way.

Wife is still not talking to me

On the topic...

I rented a Diamante in New Orleans the week before last. I gotta say, I was impressed. Now the engine was massively underpowered, but it was a nice ride. As far as rentals go, this was pretty damn nice. It was loaded, leather, all the options, wood trim package, sunroof, memory driver's seat, etc. Nice stock stereo, smooth ride, tranny shifted well...I really was impressed. Mitsubishi has built a pretty compelling ride if power isn't your primary goal.

Man you really care about BLOCKBUSTER name.
Diamente was very clean, but I know it wasn't the newest one. I agree they are weak. But I still think we have to teach'em a lesson everytime we have a chance. He got what he asked for. Wife told me he had a girl in the car. I guess he was trying to show off.

Man that's EXACTLY what happens to me. A good race ALWAYS finds me when I have an audience in the car, NEVER alone. Sometimes I just can't resist.

All I say to her is you know your screaming adds about 1x10^6 times the amount of stress to an already stressful situation.

Under my breath I say, "Just shutup and hold on". Gosh!

WHY? WHY? WHY is that? This happens to me ALL the time! I rarely get 'locked-up' against someone when I'm alone. But when I'm with my wife and get into an ideal race situation (clear road ahead, no cops in sight, at a stoplight) I know I can count on her to scream "slow down" (even though we've only accelrated to about 50mph) and grab my right arm (glad I don't have the 6sp in this instance) in order to effect a slowdown!
