What in engine would require cleaning for revival of performance

What do you need to clean or change under the hood that could cause lacking perfomance ? thanks

Let's see..

Clean your throttlebody, change your fuel filter, replace your spark plugs..

I'm sure I'm missing a thing or two?

you might get something by getting the the upper intake and injectors cleaned as well.

If just cleaning the throttle body helps so dang much, then it must help to clean the intake manifolds out... Aynbody done this. or know anything bout it??

I took mine in to a shop to have my upper intake and injectors cleaned.. they spray some misti stuff into your intake that eats up the carbon... I don't think that your upper intake gets too cleaned by the TB cleaning, I would imagine your throttle body gets to clean unless you take it off and clean it by hand.
