Man your car runs very lean in the midrange with the n2o. Is this nitrous kit a wet or direct port setup? Your car should be able to pull around 106-108mph traps on the bottle.

Yeah, you have a nasty lean spot at about 4k, I would find out what's causing that before you make a window in your piston. You ideally want to be in the 12.1 af range throughout the pull. 14.1 is stoich, and stoich is WAY too lean for a power adder. Remember, it's the fuel that makes the power, the nitrous only allows you to burn the extra fuel. Don't learn the hard way about a/f ratios. Just my .02

Adam,

I noticed that you had it tuned in a Baltimore area, are you from there? Just wondering since I live in the Silver Spring MD area.

they were having trouble with the wideband O2 sensor, it originally told me i was running 15:1 all motor...so i'm going to another dyno soon to tune...

Looks more like a 6...

As in 264.3HP, but who the hell really cares with 302.8 lb-ft TORQUE!!!!!!!!!

Man Adam, sure wish you'd do a "How To" install a 100-shot.

I can't wait for those 100-shot track times.

Adam, quit holding out. I mean directions for installing the Fuel Pump, FPR, etc.. and what tools, parts, etc.. is necessary.

I doubt the NOS directions are that complete.

What's next once you get everything tuned? 125-shot? How high can the #5124 kit theoretically support?

Fuel Pump install should be the same as a 4th gen. It is real simple, I believe MardiGrasMax or someone has a write-up for it.

Im almost positive that a 100 shot is the highest you can safely go on a Dry kt.

sold my 3" y-pipe when i thought my turbo manifolds were almost done...(y-pipe is rendered useless w/ a turbo)...but it's going to be a little while longer...didn't really plan on going NOS in the mean time, but it happened... oops.

So if you decide to get an aftermarket y-pipe, you car should be even faster? You're still coming out with the turbo?

Yes, he should have kept the 3" Y-pipe, because NOS responds really well to a bigger exhaust. However, when you not using, 3" is probably too big and he will lose everyday torque since he has a high flow cat and catback.

with all these flex section issues lately, i'm kinda weary about buying an aftermarket y-pipe again, but maybe i'll get that super-duper-hi-quality "Budget" y-pipe to get me by until my turbo manifold is ready...and yes i am continuing w/ the turbo project.
