Massive Motorsports <--- avoid this ebay seller

I purchased the OBX DTM exhaust muffler from Massive Motorsports on ebay at the beginning of the month. It was the same exhaust that areX had recently purchsed from the same seller which we had all admired in another thread!

Unfortunately here it is two weeks later and I still have no exhaust. They DON'T answer emails and the phone number that ebay gave me to contact them goes straight to voicemail...and of course they will not return your call.

I was more than willing to drive and pick the dang thang up since they are only about 2 hours away!

Paypal has refunded my purchase price today with a note from massive saying that they did not have the exhaust in stock. IF that was the case they did not inform the buyers (very tacky)

sooo just to warn you all so you won't waste your time....DON'T buy from MASSIVEMOTORSPORTS on ebay it will take a month or more for your item to arrive IF you get it at all.

I've been watching the OBX-R FSTB's too, they look really nice, and cost only $50-$60 for the Honda guys (found a reseller on the web that carries 'em too)... take a look guys, I know some of you are looking for new / nice FSTB's

On another note, I'm having a similar issue with a member here who will remain unnamed, who has been promising me a refund since 2 wednesdays ago. I can't stand it when you are set aside when someone doesn't "feel" like talking to you because it's more convenient for them... bah... </end rant>

OBX is horrible at communication. Never got an e-mail confirming my shipment was shipped, etc. But I did get my items and it was quick.

no this is not off topic...there are MANY of us who do purchase items for our vehicles on Ebay.com

and it benefits ALL of us to know which ebay sellers are shady so that we can purchase from other sellers

I would hope that other members would want to be notified off shady business whether it be ebay, a bodyshop or the dealership

and we all want to know who provides EXCELLENT service, workmanship, and customer service

if you feel that this thread is off topic....WHY in sam hill did you read and respond to it?
