I had this problem not too long ago. When it was cold out it wouldn't go down all the time. But once summer came, it would move all the way down. I went to the dealer and they said it was something with the motor, so they fixed it and lubed it up. Charged me ~$55.

I you can take your door panel off, there is a piece of styrofoam that somethimes gets in the way of the window going down. It has on mine and on another guys car up here. You will know what I am talking about once the panel is off, it is just a big piece of styrofoam, trying to keep out road noise I think, but I can't imagine it doing very well.

I agree, my driver side window would never go down all the way, always left an inch or two up, it drove me crazy, i thought it was soethign with the motor or something, but never really got around to checking it, one day while changing mu speakers i noticed a white styrofoam thing that had been almost "squished" by my window. Thats most likely your problem, just take off the panel and make sure the styrofoam hasn't jammed its way under the window.
