high flow cat mounted kind of slanted, does it matter?

high flow cat mounted kind of slanted, does it matter?

My friend helped me mount the RT high flow cat awhile back. If the cat is mounted in a slightly slanted position, would this affect the performance of my car? Just curious. Thanks.

As long as the gaskets are tight I could not imagine it would be slanted too much. And it would maintain the same diameter not matter what position it's in, so I doubt any loss of power.

Cool. I didn't get new gaskets though, I reused the old ones. I might get a test pipe later on, so I'll deal with that in time.
