hi..
I need you guys help here badly.
Last week, I tried to change my interior light, i had no problem with doors, dome light, but the problem happened on map light. I didn't use any metalic equipment such as screw drivers, etc. Just use bare hand with glove to change map light. While I was putting new hyper white bulb into map light, sll the sudden all my interior light went off. Luckly my dash light still works along with mirror light in the visor.
I tried to find what caused the problem, but yet i couldn't figure out what's wrong.
Someone please help out here. It's awfully dark when i tried to get in or get out from the car at night time.
Many thanks in advance...

Interior light problem

I have the same problem and haven't done anything about it. I think I read a TSB that deals with this but haven't gotten around to doing it. Have you resolved the problem

Multi-meter time

If you've got a multi-meter handy, check for continuity over all of the fuses, since you can't find which one you think it might be. If they all check out, it's something else.

Re: Interior light problem

I fixed the problem today. Just went to local part shop and borrow fuse tester. Just replace fuse and it works again.
Hope this would be helpful to those have same problem.

Make: NISSAN
Model: MAXIMA
Year: 1995

By the way: Do dealers have to fix this under warrranty even if the original warranty expired?
